1. Releasor, or one who is validly recognized by law to act on Releasor's behalf declares, releases, and discharges Guambitoes and its employees from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, disputes, obligations, or causes of action of any nature and kind, known or unknown, which Releasor may have or ever had against Guambitoes or any of the Released Parties arising out of participation in the Guambitoes Education Outdoor Pods. Releasor agree to accept financial responsibility for the costs related to any emergency treatment and give confirmation of the same by signing this document.
2. Releasor completely understand and realize that participation in the Guambitoes Educational Outdoor Pods events and/or activities could include actions or tasks which might be dangerous or hazardous to the Releasor and/or Child.
Releasor hereby grant Guambitoes permission to use likeness and child likeness in a photograph and/or video in any and all of its publications, including website entries, without payment or any other consideration.
Releasor understand and agree that these materials will become the property of Guambitoes and will not be returned.
Releasor hereby irrevocably authorize this organization to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute photos and/or videos for purposes of publicizing this organization’s programs or for any other lawful purpose. In addition, Releasor waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein likeness or child likeness appears. Additionally, Releasor waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photograph.
Releasor hereby hold harmless and release and forever discharge this organization from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.
